Our process
Wood preparation
We start our production from the lumber preparation. The process looks like:
-
green lumber -> kiln
-
dry lumber -> rough-cut mill
-
rough-cut dimensioned boards -> machining
-
machined parts -> assembly
-
assembled end items -> lacquering
-
lacquered end items -> cleanup
Assembly
Once the lumber is ready, model, foam and fabric combination has been agreed upon we then send it to our production department for the final item to be produced.
The best foam selection
Once our expert team explained all of the options we then move onto choosing the correct foam that would meet your requirements perfectly.
Fabric selection
When the model has been chosen and we found the best foam, then move onto choosing the correct fabrics from our extensive collection. Our expert team will help guide you to the best combinations that work on your chosen model.
Quality control
Furniture not only needs to be stylish but also extremely strong and long-lasting, given the prolonged usage. In order to make sure that the furniture is free of all defects, it is common for we to carry out pre-shipment inspections before the furniture is finalised for shipment. With the increasingly complex supply chain process, product recalls and returns, manufacturers, brands and retailers need to be confident that the products they deliver meet consumer expectations, global regulations and safety and quality standards. An inspection that takes place at a factory reduces the likelihood of risks and defects and ensures top-quality safety to workers and inspectors.
